Pupzy is an online retail brand operated through pupzy.shop.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase.
  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

Delivery time estimates:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • International Orders (if applicable): 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to activate.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Pupzy is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an address error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We work with reliable shipping carriers; however, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections (international orders)
  • Carrier operational delays

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us. Pupzy is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

7. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to collect
  • Refused delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by their country. Pupzy is not responsible for customs-related delays.
